The Dessilani company, founded in 1962 by Antonio Dessilani is presently run by his children, Aldo and Paola, who are flanked by a passionate group of collaborators.
Starting out as a Butcher’s, Groceries and Cold Meats shop in the 70’s Aldo Dessilani continued to develop the business until 1975, when the company moved to its actual site in Via Roma. The ample space available has favoured a constant growth in production over the years and the ability to maintain a quality product. In recent years, in fact, the production has been limited to insure and guarantee the markedly handmade traditional quality of our products.
Our main objectives are quality production and respect of the traditions of the Novarese hills area . We maintain the traditional work methods of the past in order to bring you the best quality products possible.
Come visit us! We are always open to visitors, curious to see our plant and our production processes. And obviously we are always ready to give you a try our specialities.
Because of our vast range of Salamis and Cold meats we are able to satisfy even the most demanding palate! We are always on hand nearby to help you choose our best offers, gastronomy packets, and promotions that let you spend a reasonable amount while getting the best quality and choice for your money.
We make daily consignments to our clients with our own trucks, and we also have an express courier service waiting to deliver our products throughout Europe.
We are associate members of the Enoteca regionale di Gattinara e delle Terre del Nebbiolo del Nord Piemonte (Northern Piedmont /Gattinara and Lands of Nebbiolo Regional Winery Association) whose purpose is to promote the knowledge of our local wines and their match to our local cuisine. Our Nebbiolo Salami, and our Nebbiolo Lard are on display at the Associations headquarters in Villa Paolotti.
