Prepared by hand with genuine grade A selected Pork meat following the traditional methods. Enriched with spices that, when mixed with Nebbiolo wine from the Novarese Hillsides exalt its fragrant perfume and delicate flavour.

Produced with accurately selected high quality Pork meats, it does not contain milk derivatives, and so is perfectly indicated for people who suffer from milk protein intolerance.

Produced with the best grape bunches of Nebbiolo grapes grown on the hillside vineyards in the town of Sizzano at an altitude of 320 metres above sealevel.

 

COLOUR: Intense Ruby red colour.
PERFUME: Winy, with an aftertaste of wild violets
TASTE: firm body, softly dry.
ALCHOHOL: 12% Volume.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 6,5 g/l.
SERVING INDICATIONS: Serve at 16-18 °C. Open the bottle at least one hour before serving.
SERVE WITH: cold meats and salamis, meat dishes, grilled meats and Roasts.

Founded on the 10th of July 1999 under the presidency of Gian Mario Scribante the Winery association's main purpose is to promote local wines and local food traditions and wine/food combinations. The Main office is in Villa Paolotti in Gattinara (VC). Its magnificent inner courtyard shaded by a centenary Lime tree, is characteristic of the architecture of the end of the last century.
