TRUFFLE SALAMI

This salami combines the traditional Novarese Hills salami with truffle, which is one of the most precious natural products from the earth. Small pieces of ground truffle are added to the mixture during the traditional salami preparation process, to give it the unique strong and intense taste of truffle.

Produced with accurately selected high quality pork meats, it does not contain milk derivates, and so is perfectly indicated for people who suffer from milk protein intolerance.
