WILD BOAR SALAMI

Aged on average twenty days to a month, this product is obtained with lean wild boar meat mixed with pork meat. The strong unmistakable wild boar taste, combined with its typical dark colour will remind you of the forest flavours and sensations.

Produced with accurately selected high quality pork meats, it does not contain milk derivates, and so is perfectly indicated for people who suffer from milk protein intolerance.
